SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail.

All orders placed Monday-Friday before or on the weekend and/or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

 

-Custom units take 7-10 business days to complete.

 

You should receive your item(s) in 1-3 business days from the day of shipping.

International orders may vary*

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,may vary.

 

All orders placed will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

**All wigs must be returned in its original condition** If the lace is cut or any alterations are

made to your unit, it will automatically be ineligible for a refund or exchange.  

Our policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
